Les Rose
Chief Executive Officer
As the former President of L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS), Les Rose brings decades of experience leading multi-million and billion dollar global organizations. While at NSS, Les oversaw a business segment with over 4,000 employees and $1.2B in annual revenue. NSS delivered best-in-class integrated solutions for complex defense and intelligence customers that span across cyber, intelligence, enterprise/mission IT, command and control, big data, and integrated security. While in this role, he drove efforts to continuously improve and optimize the delivery of new capabilities and proprietary technologies to top customers including government agencies.
Prior to becoming President of L-3 NSS, Les was President of L-3 STRATIS, one of the largest divisions of the global defense leader. Before 2005, he held various leadership roles, all with direct P&L oversight, at Titan Technologies and BTG including President of Operational Organizations.
In addition to his extensive leadership, engineering, and technology background, Les is also a Retired Lieutenant Colonel with the United States Army Corps of Engineers where he held high-profile engineering leadership positions with engagements in Europe, Far East, and Central America. Les holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.
David Ramirez
Chief Operating Officer
David Ramirez is the Chief Operating Officer of Titan Technologies, where he maintains the highest level of operational integrity and performance. David’s professional and academic backgrounds combine an impressive array of both technical and management experience.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2016, David was President of Global Government at FireEye, Inc., where he directed the company’s sales strategy for public sector markets in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In addition, David spent nearly 20 years at L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS), including his role as President of Global Sector Business where he was responsible for Federal Civilian, State & Local and International business.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from California State University, Chico and a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management from California State University, Humboldt. In 2013, David completed the executive leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. In 2016, David was inducted into the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in government contracting.
Judy Giles
Chief Financial Officer
Judy Giles brings over 35 years of experience to Titan Technologies within the IT services and solutions business. As Chief Financial Officer, Judy’s leadership is critical in maintaining Titan Technologies world-class performance while consistently delivering strong financial results and operating under sound financial and business practices.
Prior to Titan Technologies, Judy served on the executive team at L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS), a business segment with over 4,000 employees and $1.2B in annual revenue. During her 10+ year tenure with L-3 NSS (and its predecessor organizations), Judy served as Chief Financial Officer for nine years, Under her leadership, the organization achieved effective balance sheet management, consistently achieving Days Sales Outstanding (DSOs) in the mid-50s. She also held a number of senior management positions with responsibility for overseeing various business support functions, including business strategy, contract administration, procurement, pricing, facilities, security, SOX compliance and government compliance. During this time, she led efforts to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business support functions, resulting in improved quality of services provided to operations, while holding the line on costs.
Before 2005, Judy held various technical, management, and financial positions with Titan, AverStar, and Intermetrics, including roles with P&L responsibility.
Judy holds an MS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Illinois and a BS in Mathematics from Northeastern University.
Nyla Papiernik
Vice President of Accounting & Regulatory Compliance
Nyla Papiernik is the Vice President of Accounting & Regulatory Compliance at Titan Technologies. Nyla has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance in the government contracting industry.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2017, Nyla spent time as Director of Government Audit & Compliance at both CACI and L-3 Communications, and was a Controller at CBSI, which was later acquired by AverStar and L-3 Communications.
Nyla holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
Charlie Eller
Vice President of Contracts
Charlie Eller is the Vice President of Contracts at Titan Technologies. In this role he is responsible for the oversight of the company’s contracts, subcontracts, purchasing, and contracts administration functions. Charlie has over 30 years of contract management experience in the Federal and State and Local Government professional services industry. While contracts management is his primary job function by day, Charlie is an avid football fan and enjoys watching and attending collegiate and NFL games.
Belay Tekalign
Vice President Mid-Atlantic Region
Belay Tekalign is the Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region at Titan Technologies. Belay is responsible for developing, communicating, and driving the region’s strategic direction, cultivating customer intimacy, and maintaining successful program delivery while driving profitable growth. As a technologist at heart, Belay continues to learn and test new technologies and consistently looks for ways to bring value to his customers.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2019, Belay spent 15+ years working as a successful Program Manager and Solution Architect on highly visible and mission critical contracts at CACI and L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS).
Belay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and various certificates from Harvard University, the SANS Technology Institute, and George Washington University.
Joel Lindner
Program Director
Joel Lindner is the Program Director at Titan Technologies, providing high-quality, professional management services to his customers and their stakeholders.
Joel has spent the majority of his career in the construction industry, gaining experience at companies including Delta Construction Management and L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS) in areas such as cost engineering, construction management, and general contracting.
Joel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Geotechnical Engineering from Purdue University.
Godfrey Rojas
Vice President Southeast Region and IT Services
Godfrey Rojas is a Vice President of Florida Operations at Titan Technologies. He has spent the majority of his career in the technical support industry, gaining experience in areas such as service desk support, project management, and technology implementation.
At Titan Technologies, Godfrey is responsible for several key programs and leads the company’s surge activities. He has 29 different certifications, spanning subjects including PMP, Secure Cloud Services, ITIL, and many more.
Prior to joining Titan, Godfrey worked at Global Express Financial Services, L-3 National Security Solutions, and L-3 Communications.
Jerry McCarty
Vice President Western Region
Jeremy (Jerry) McCarty is the Vice President of the Western Region with responsibility for delivering our clients’ critical infrastructure, transportation security, and Health IT system requirements. He spent the majority of his career in the Enterprise IT industry gaining experience in Federal and S&L markets supporting large, agency-wide IT infrastructure and support contracts, national geospatial mapping initiatives and, enterprise application development projects. Outside of the office, Jerry passionately pursues the outdoors and volunteers his time with several non-profit conservation organizations.
Jeremy Williams
Vice President of Innovation
Jeremy Williams is the Vice President of Innovation at Titan Technologies, where he is responsible for providing operational oversight, driving strategy, and developing creative solutions. He leads the engineering team, the information technology (IT) team, the business transformation, quality, and training team, and the ServiceNow practice. Jeremy is also a quality management professional focusing on service excellence, operational cost optimization, and end-to-end efficiencies.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2018, Jeremy spent 20 years building a record of success that included time spent as President and CEO of i3 Design and Consulting, and various Vice President roles at CACI and at L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS).
Jeremy earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography from the University of Tennessee, and holds licenses and certifications in subjects including systems administration, ITIL v3, ScrumMaster, PMP, SAFE Program Consultant, and CMMC Registered Practitioner.
Sean Butler
Chief People Officer
Sean Butler is the Chief People Officer of Titan Technologies, where he provides leadership and administration for all Human Capital functions, programs, and practices.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2020, Sean spent 20 years as Vice President of Human Resources for Cargill/Mosaic Phosphate Companies, a Fortune 200 company, and served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a significant logistics company, as well as Executive Vice President of People for a leading cybersecurity firm.
Sean holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. His certifications include Senior Certified Professional (SPHR-SCP) from The Society of Human Resource Management, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Michael Edwins
Chief Growth Officer
Michael Edwins is the Chief Growth Officer of Titan Technologies. He is responsible for directing business growth, strategic development, and the pursuit and capture of major programs with key customers.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2020, Michael served as the Customer Success Executive for the National Security Organization within Cisco Systems. Before then, Michael served as the Vice President of Business Development and Capture for Peraton from 2017 to 2019, and also as Director of Business Development at the former Harris IT Services, prior to the stand up of Peraton, from 2013 to 2017.
Michael previously held business development leadership roles supporting activities with key customers within the Department of Defense, Civilian Agencies, and Intelligence Community over the last 20 years, including serving as Director of Business Development with L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS) from 2008 to 2013. Prior to joining industry, Michael served four years in the U.S. Air Force as an Intelligence Operations Analyst and is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
Michael is a member of the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, the Intelligence National Security Alliance, and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Akron.
Whitney Reardon Wentz
Vice President of Capture Operations
Whitney Reardon Wentz is the Vice President of Capture Operations at Titan Technologies, where she develops and leads the capture strategy for Titan Technologies’ largest and most complex pursuits.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2020, Whitney spent more than 20 years leading capture efforts that spanned Department of Defense agencies, Federal Civilian agencies, and State and Local Government. She has worked in capture and proposal management, marketing, and business development at large and small Government contractors and non-profit organizations such as Triple T Solutions, CACI, CherryRoad Technologies, American Red Cross, and CSC.
Whitney earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Rich Menhart
Vice President of Southeast Operations
Richard Menhart is a Vice President of Southeast Operations at Titan Technologies. His responsibilities include maintaining the highest level of operational integrity and performance for the customers, employees, and other stakeholders within his region.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies, Richard served as Vice President of Global Satellite Systems for CACI Federal where he had operational responsibility for worldwide Satellite Communications. Previously Richard spent over 29 years in the United States Army, holding numerous Command and Leadership positions, including Brigade Commander, 406th Army Field Service Brigade.
Richard earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the California University of Pennsylvania, and also holds a Master’s degree in Military Studies from the Marine Corps University.
Greg Pritzl
Vice President of DoD and Intel Growth
Gregory Pritzl is the Vice President of DoD and Intel Growth at Titan Technologies, where he supports business development and program startup activities with DoD, Intel, and NGA customers.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2022, Greg led multiple teams that successfully delivered services and solutions to DoD, Intel and NGA customers. Most recently Greg was a VP at CACI, and previously held senior leadership positions at L-3 National Security Solutions and served in the US Army for 22 years.
Greg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Southern New Hampshire University, and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Management at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Robert Buntz
Vice President of Solutions
Robert Buntz is the Vice President of Solutions at Titan Technologies, where he leads a team of software and knowledge engineers developing solutions to support Titan’s public sector customers.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2020, Rob was Director of Professional Services at Nokia and previously held senior leadership positions at SpaceTime Insight and L-3 National Security Solutions.
Rob earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Natural Resources Planning and Geospatial Information Systems at California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt.
