VETS2 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)

The General Services Administration’s (GSA) Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle.

As a Best-in-Class contract, VETS 2 is designated by the Office of Management and Budget as a preferred governmentwide solution with vetted companies such as Titan Technologies that provide mature, market-proven solutions. In addition, VETS 2 is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and has a low 0.75% contract access fee.

With a $5 billion program ceiling, VETS 2 features fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour, and time-and-materials task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services to meet your mission requirements.

Task orders awarded under VETS 2 vary in size and complexity. The contract is designed to meet diverse agency IT services requirements, including emerging technologies such as:
