Les Rose
Chief Executive Officer
As the former President of L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS), Les Rose brings decades of experience leading multi-million and billion dollar global organizations. While at NSS, Les oversaw a business segment with over 4,000 employees and $1.2B in annual revenue. NSS delivered best-in-class integrated solutions for complex defense and intelligence customers that span across cyber, intelligence, enterprise/mission IT, command and control, big data, and integrated security. While in this role, he drove efforts to continuously improve and optimize the delivery of new capabilities and proprietary technologies to top customers including government agencies.
Prior to becoming President of L-3 NSS, Les was President of L-3 STRATIS, one of the largest divisions of the global defense leader. Before 2005, he held various leadership roles, all with direct P&L oversight, at Titan Technologies and BTG including President of Operational Organizations.
In addition to his extensive leadership, engineering, and technology background, Les is also a Retired Lieutenant Colonel with the United States Army Corps of Engineers where he held high-profile engineering leadership positions with engagements in Europe, Far East, and Central America. Les holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.
David Ramirez
Chief Operating Officer
David Ramirez is the Chief Operating Officer of Titan Technologies, where he maintains the highest level of operational integrity and performance. David’s professional and academic backgrounds combine an impressive array of both technical and management experience.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2016, David was President of Global Government at FireEye, Inc., where he directed the company’s sales strategy for public sector markets in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In addition, David spent nearly 20 years at L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS), including his role as President of Global Sector Business where he was responsible for Federal Civilian, State & Local and International business.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from California State University, Chico and a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management from California State University, Humboldt. In 2013, David completed the executive leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. In 2016, David was inducted into the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in government contracting.
Jonathan Copeland
Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan Copeland is the Chief Financial Officer for Titan Technologies. He is a proactive, growth-focused, and proven leader with 20+ years of distinguished experience in financial processes and performance. He leads the company’s financial, treasury, and corporate development functions including financial planning and analysis, program finance, accounting, cash management, strategic pricing, and banking activities.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies, Jonathan held senior leadership roles with CACI, L-3 Communications, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from George Mason University.
Belay Tekalign
President, Federal Civilian Sector
Belay Tekalign is the President of the Federal Civilian Sector for Titan Technologies. Belay is responsible for developing, communicating, and driving the sector’s strategic direction, cultivating customer intimacy, and maintaining successful program delivery while driving profitable growth. As a technologist at heart, Belay continues to learn and test new technologies and consistently looks for ways to bring value to his customers.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2019, Belay spent 15+ years working as a successful Program Manager and Solution Architect on highly visible and mission critical contracts at CACI and L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS).
Belay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and various certificates from Harvard University, the SANS Technology Institute, and George Washington University.
Joel Lindner
President, Titan Facilities
Joel Lindner is the President of Titan Facilities, providing high-quality, professional management services to his customers and their stakeholders.
Joel has spent the majority of his career in the construction industry, gaining experience at companies including Delta Construction Management and L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS) in areas such as cost engineering, construction management, and general contracting.
Joel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Geotechnical Engineering from Purdue University.
Jeremy Williams
Chief Innovations Officer
Jeremy Williams is the Chief Innovations Officer at Titan Technologies, where he is responsible for providing operational oversight, driving strategy, and developing creative solutions. He leads the engineering team, the information technology (IT) team, the business transformation, quality, and training team, and the ServiceNow practice. Jeremy is also a quality management professional focusing on service excellence, operational cost optimization, and end-to-end efficiencies.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2018, Jeremy spent 20 years building a record of success that included time spent as President and CEO of i3 Design and Consulting, and various Vice President roles at CACI and at L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS).
Jeremy earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography from the University of Tennessee, and holds licenses and certifications in subjects including systems administration, ITIL v3, ScrumMaster, PMP, SAFE Program Consultant, and CMMC Registered Practitioner.
Sean Butler
Chief People Officer
Sean Butler is the Chief People Officer of Titan Technologies, where he provides leadership and administration for all Human Capital functions, programs, and practices.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2020, Sean spent 20 years as Vice President of Human Resources for Cargill/Mosaic Phosphate Companies, a Fortune 200 company, and served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a significant logistics company, as well as Executive Vice President of People for a leading cybersecurity firm.
Sean holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. His certifications include Senior Certified Professional (SPHR-SCP) from The Society of Human Resource Management, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Whitney Reardon Wentz
Vice President of Strategic Capture and Proposal Operations
Whitney Reardon Wentz is the Vice President of Strategic Capture and Proposal Operations at Titan Technologies, where she develops and leads the capture strategy for Titan Technologies’ largest and most complex pursuits.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2020, Whitney spent nearly 20 years leading large and complex capture efforts that spanned the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and State and Local Government Agencies. She has worked in capture and proposal management, business development, and marketing for Government contractors and non-profit organizations such as Lockheed Martin, CACI, L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS), and the American Red Cross.
Whitney earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Greg Pritzl
President, Defense and Intelligence Sector
Gregory Pritzl is the President of the Defense and Intelligence Sector at Titan Technologies, where he supports business development and program startup activities with DoD, Intel, and NGA customers.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2022, Greg led multiple teams that successfully delivered services and solutions to DoD, Intel and NGA customers. Most recently Greg was a VP at CACI, and previously held senior leadership positions at L-3 National Security Solutions and served in the US Army for 22 years.
Greg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Southern New Hampshire University, and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Management at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Robert Buntz
Vice President of Solutions
Robert Buntz is the Vice President of Solutions at Titan Technologies, where he leads a team of software and knowledge engineers developing solutions to support Titan’s public sector customers.
Prior to joining Titan Technologies in 2020, Rob was Director of Professional Services at Nokia and previously held senior leadership positions at SpaceTime Insight and L-3 National Security Solutions.
Rob earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Natural Resources Planning and Geospatial Information Systems at California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt.
Kara Cook
Vice President of Contracts
Kara Cook is Vice President for Contracts and Procurement at Titan Technologies. Kara is responsible for negotiating, administrating and enforcing contractual compliance for standard and complex agreements while also supporting business growth in providing proposal support to include risk analysis and mitigation strategies in an effort to support corporate goals. Kara’s focus is to ensure that the Titan Contracts and Subcontracts team acts as a facilitator for innovative contractual solutions and strategic development with the goal of helping to find solutions for Titan’s customers.
Prior to joining Titan in 2024, Kara spent 20 years successfully at other top tier services providers to include GDIT and Amentum where Kara most recently held senior leadership positions with the Contracts organizations of these corporations.
Kara graduated from Virginia Tech in 2004 and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Marketing.
