Inmarsat Selects Titan Technologies to Modernize their legacy management system with the ServiceNow Platform

Inmarsat, a leading provider of satellite communication hardware and services to government agencies, has recently selected Titan Technologies to completely modernize their legacy workflow management/IT Service Management system with the ServiceNow platform. Inmarsat’s current workflow management systems are a panoply of disparate systems that do not efficiently integrate. Key measures of success for this project include a single pane of glass for their network and security operations centers and individually customized dashboards that could be utilized by their customers. Implemented over several phases, the first phase of the implementation will begin with a brand new ITSM infrastructure and CMDB that facilitates comprehensive and consolidated asset tracking (financial and categorization), workflows and a new ticketing/issue tracking system. Planned second phases will include ITOM/Discovery of network utilization and implementation of Security Operations. Additional future phases include Governance, Compliance, and Automation. This implementation will yield several benefits that include increased operational efficiencies, reduced licensing costs, and improved auditing compliance.
