Infinity Technology and Titan Technologies have formed a Joint Venture (JV) under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé program. The new JV will do business under the name Infinity-Titan Solutions, LLC (ITS). Infinity Technology, the service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) participant, is the Managing Venturer of the JV.

The ITS JV is the culmination of many years of company and personnel interactions between the two venture partners. Infinity has experience managing Federal Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for civilian and defense agencies, whereas Titan Technologies brings strong Department of Defense, federal and civilian experience and market exposure.
