Titan Technologies, LLC and Synertex, LLC have formed a Joint Venture (JV) under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé program. The new JV will do business under the name AlphaTec, which is derived from the JV’s formal name, Alpha Tech Alliance, LLC.

By forming this JV, AlphaTec will be able to leverage the core offerings of Titan Technologies and Synertex to pursue small business contract opportunities in areas including digital business transformation, intelligence services, cyber security, and artificial intelligence (AI) / machine learning (ML).
