Titan Technologies and Synertex Form New Joint Venture
The two companies will work together under the name AlphaTec as part of the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program
Titan Technologies, LLC and Synertex, LLC have formed a Joint Venture (JV) under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé program. The new JV will do business under the name AlphaTec, which is derived from the JV’s formal name, Alpha Tech Alliance, LLC.
By forming this JV, AlphaTec will be able to leverage the core offerings of Titan Technologies and Synertex to pursue small business contract opportunities in areas including digital business transformation, intelligence services, cyber security, and artificial intelligence (AI) / machine learning (ML).
“In this JV with Synertex, we’re looking forward to leveraging our experience from decades of successful deployments of innovative, transformative services and solutions to federal government departments and agencies,” said David Ramirez, Chief Operating Officer of Titan Technologies.
“We’re excited to form AlphaTec to team up with Titan Technologies to provide advanced, reliable, and cost-effective solutions to customers throughout the federal marketplace,” said Randy Clarke, Founder, President, and CEO of Synertex.
For example, AlphaTec will offer digital business transformation solutions such as Compendia™, a precision data search platform from Titan Technologies that is being utilized by federal organizations to address some of their most complex research and knowledge management challenges. Compendia extracts structured information from unstructured and semi-structured content, enabling organizations to significantly improve the speed, accuracy, and usefulness of their searches of archival research material.
