CMMI is a performance improvement model that enhances an organization’s capabilities, performance, and quality of outcomes. Titan Technologies’ appraisal at CMMI Maturity Level 3 indicates organizational performance at a “defined” level; processes are well-characterized, understood, and well-defined in its tools, procedures, and standards.
