Titan Technologies and Infinity Technology Form New Joint Venture

The two companies will work together under the name Infinity-Titan Solutions as part of the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program

Infinity Technology and Titan Technologies have formed a Joint Venture (JV) under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé program. The new JV will do business under the name Infinity-Titan Solutions, LLC (ITS). Infinity Technology, the service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) participant, is the Managing Venturer of the JV.

The ITS JV is the culmination of many years of company and personnel interactions between the two venture partners. Infinity has experience managing Federal Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for civilian and defense agencies, whereas Titan Technologies brings strong Department of Defense, federal and civilian experience and market exposure.

“We’re excited to expand the scope of our partnership with Infinity to deliver disruptive and innovative solutions to federal government customers,” said David Ramirez, Chief Operating Officer of Titan Technologies.

“Infinity provides solutions development and program management, while Titan brings IT service delivery & management and NextGen enterprise data management for large, enterprise and agency-wide IT implementations,” said Erdley Bent, Jr., Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Technology.

Core capabilities offered by ITS include infrastructure modernization and management, information infrastructure and analysis, applications development and maintenance, customer care, full life cycle training, program management, research and development, digital business transformation, and security and communications infrastructure.
